MASTER EDUCATOR

Lincoln Lee serves as a Director of Global Operations at Dermaesthetics Beverly Hills, Inc. covering 20+ countries and education.

He began his career in finance, leading him to Asia where he worked internationally as a Director of Operations negotiating contracts and marketing ventures in China, Korea, Vietnam, and Japan. Prior to joining Dermaesthetics, Lincoln worked for various legal and financial institutions in private equity and investment banking, Ministry of Legislation, Republic of Korea, CGV Entertainment, US film industry, and was previously the director of the Beauty MBA Program at Pacific States University, Los Angeles.

Currently Dermaesthetics and Mr.Lee consults and advises for various medical, health & beauty, and fashion companies on a global scale. Some organizations being UCI Medical Center, Cinema MakeUp School, Riverside Community College, Santa Barbara City College, Citrus College, Golden West College, University of San Diego, and various Esthetic and Advanced Esthetic institutions across the world, engaging in skin care topics and legal compliances.

He currently sits on various advisory boards for mobile start up technologies, emerging skincare and device companies, and consults for privately held beauty brands. Mr. Lee holds a BS from UC Santa Barbara, JD & LLM from the University of San Diego, MBA from Cal. State University of Northridge, EMBA from Thunderbird University, and Executive distinguishments from Yonsei University, Stanford, and Harvard Business School.

MISHA HWANG

LEAD EDUCATOR & ESTHETICIAN

 Misha Hwang completed her beauty academy from Korea over 26 years ago and she has various Total Beauty Business experiences in Korea. Misha has been in the aesthetics industry for Korean-American brands for more than 13 years. She started in Georgia, USA and has been working as Educator & Sales Manager for Dermaesthetics for over 8 years. Misha specializes in holistic skincare and the popular trend called K-Fit Technique by Dermaesthetics. She is faithful and passionate in her work of helping others solve their skin conditions. Some of her personal hobbies include arts and crafts, listening to jazz, and shopping.

MEME PHAN

BRAND EDUCATOR & ESTHETICIAN

Meme Phan has over 10 years in the beauty industry, beginning her career as a make-up artist.  After learning about make-up ingredients and their effect on the skin, she decided to combine her passions for makeup and skincare. In 2013, Meme earned a diploma in Esthetics from Academy Beauty College. Since then, Meme has attended many additional advanced skincare courses and esthetics education in the science of the skin and how to keep the skin healthy and happy! She believes the esthetics industry offers an ongoing learning experience and keeping up with available knowledge is key to being the best esthetician possible. On her days off, you can find her at a boutique coffee shop, hiking, or traveling. 

 ISABEL CALLEROS

SENIOR EDUCATOR

Isabel has over 40 years of experience as a Licensed Cosmetologist in California & Arizona. She has thirty years of experience as a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor specializing in Clinical Aesthetics Education. She has experience as a global educator for professional skincare product lines in Asia, Europe, Mexico, and USA. In 1997, Isabel opened her first aesthetics training facility in Arizona licensed by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology. She designed and created the concept, curriculum, floor plan, spa environment, and standards of aesthetics. As of today, Isabel is continuing to lead Instructors for all classes and develop a comprehensive aesthetics educator program. 

HEIDI CORRAL

LEAD EDUCATOR & ESTHETICIAN

Heidi is a Licensed Esthetician with over 15 years in the industry and a Lead Dermaesthetics Instructor trained by Lincoln Lee, the Global Director of Dermaesthetics. Heidi provides skincare professionals with clinical treatment protocols and the education that guarantees client results and spa business success. She is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and experience in the industry. Her classes cover must-have skills to meet the needs of today’s demanding skin rejuvenation client. When Heidi is not in the treatment room or working, you can find her hiking with her pets or relaxing at the beach.
