Cancellation Policy

Any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be requested 72 business hours prior to the scheduled class. If the cancellation occurs within 72 business hours of the class, a $150 charge (or $300 charge on the following classes: Body Lightening Peel, Master Clinical Certification, and Glassy Glow + Microneedling) will be applied whether it is a reschedule or cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and please reach out to us with any special concerns or situations.

Refund Policy

We are committed to offering high-quality skincare education classes. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any classes once purchased. We encourage our clients to review the class descriptions, previews, and requirements carefully before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs and expectations. Please contact us with questions before purchasing any classes. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchased, partially completed, or completed classes.
